Transportation Division Hours and Contact Information

The Transportation Division’s Office Hours for walk-in services are 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; however, appointments are strongly encouraged.
The lunch period for most administrative office staff is between 12:00 p.m. (Noon) and 1:00 p.m. limiting phone availability during that time.  The office will continue to be closed on Fridays for walk-in services to the public and regulated entities.  You are encouraged to email your representative, at the email address listed next to their name, with your questions or inquiries or to schedule an appointment.  Please check the Commission’s Website frequently for updates and changes to office schedules and forms (https://www.psc.state.md.us/transportation/).
