In order to minimize the impact of the Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), effective Monday March 16, 2020, the Public Service Commission’s Consumer Affairs Division WILL NOT accept complaints from walk-in customers.

You may file your complaint using the Commission’s Website, and under the box “Consumers” click on “File an online complaint”.
