Request for Comments on WGLs STRIDE 3 Compliance with NGEA (9708)

On December 20, 2025, Washington Gas Light Company (“WGL” or “the Company”) filed with the Commission its Response to Commission Letter Order on Next Generation Energy Act that seeks to justify how its current STRIDE 3 plan complies with the Next Generation Energy Act Compliance (“NGEA”) and/or submitted proposed revisions to its plan that would bring the plan into compliance with the NGEA.
The Commission hereby invites interested parties to file comments on the matter by January 30, 2026. Comments should be addressed to Andrew S. Johnston, Executive Secretary, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th floor, Maryland 21202, and reference “Case No. 9708” in the subject line.
