ORDER EXTENDING EV PHASE I PROGRAMS
On August 23, 2024, the Commission issued Order No. 91297, directing all utilities participating in the Commission’s EV Pilot Phase I to submit Phase II applications within 120 days, subject to certain requirements. As part of Order No. 91297 and subsequent orders, the Commission extended the utility Phase I programs until December 31, 2025, or in some cases later, pending issuance of a Commission order on utility Phase II applications.
The Commission now orders that, for any Phase I Pilot programs whose authorizations expire on December 31, 2025, that authorization is extended until January 31, 2026, or until the Commission issues an order on Phase II proposals, whichever comes sooner. This Order shall have no effect on any programs whose authorizations are not scheduled to expire in December 2025.
